think about this why CR was at 10c, post-CR M/C $28m, and not at 14c, the closing price before CR ann. or higher s/p. because that is the fair value that they give to this company base on what it is right now.
Gary has said that they got a lot of interests they all want to get in earlier, so why not asked them to pay premium price?
since RCR has got the bargaining power this time, unlike the one at beginning of the year where they needed that fund to add RC drilling to the Pokali drill program, get them to paid 20c or more in last CR and see if they still want to participate in the CR.
