ok should be at 16c, then why don't you wipe the line and buy it up to 16c? or maybe push it up all the way above 20c if some of you guys have said it will be at 20c+ this week, and if the insto are bullish on this and CPS should ask their client to keep buying and push the price above 20c, and maybe over $100m M/C? why hasn't it happen? show me you guys can push the price to 20c+ today, or don't talk rubbish.
