Totally agree, a JV was the only viable option they had and they have wasted a year. I have heard that one of the reasons the previous management got kicked out was they waned to do a JV and bring in a partner. Now with the share price where it is they have lost control of their own destiny. I hope you are wrong about the share price going to 0.1c, but it does seem a possibility. Without clear direction from management to the market there is not much upside.
