The talk of "lets see what grades we end up with" is misleading. you sounds like it is definitely a Nb-REE when the company can't even tell
Before you talk about the grades you need to know if they really have Niobium down there, from all the available data it doesn't show any niobium, it hasn't got any indication of Nb occurrence, all we know is it's in the West Arunta region, it has got similar geophysics look at WA1's Luni.
