Catching a falling knife isn't always a brave move; the recent drop from 16 cents to 3.5 cents and the inability of the management to deliver positive results are the reasons for this. Additionally, investing at this risk, especially when the price does not rise to within a range of 10 cents, is risky. This is just my opinion and DYOR. Falling back to 3 cents.
