I like your positive thinking but that is not the case here anymore, when it was at 3c range with higher than usual trading volume daily, I think the same way as you, but as time pass, the evidence of no new or change of sub-holder notices already told me that no one were accumulating this stock, only p&d, traders pushed the price up and manipulators took some profit off the table then buy back at lower price.
remember, don't fall in love with a stock!
imo, $20-$30m M/C is still the fair value from my previous analysis.
if we look at WA1's chart, since/after recent CR ann. it gapped down, and didn't close the upper gap (its 4th day now)
so it looks like WA1 is about to enter downtrend after 1-2 years bull run
