Yes rationally thinking , however look at the way things played out, the SP was on the rise, RC drilling was in progress and they knew the results wouldnt be for a few weeks, and if the heritage and formalities came through they would need the funds for drilling
So the decision would have been taken , lets rip the band aid off, get the money in the kitty and then assuming RC drilling assays are good that would create FOMO leading into Avalon drill.
