i think some of you need to know that directors actually accepting the offer (as opposed to saying they will but never doing so.... and im going back to the Qantas T/O from years back) is a big deal, because it means that trustees will now start accept their shares on behalf of beneficiaries because they can now wash their hands of all fiduciary responsibility. This should in theory start the ball rolling in terms of acceptances as most trustees sit on the shares until the directors actually accept.
