Regal still holds 11.5m shares out of 96m shares on the registry. Average daily vol for this stock is about 200k - 300k shares a day. So we're looking at 50 - 60 days for them to sell out. 5 trading days per week => 10 - 12 weeks. Keep in mind the price is an important factor as well. In theory they could sell their entire holding in an off market sale but it's usually at a discount so i doubt they're gonna do that.
