    yes..........just like we did when we gave them performance shares without seeing any performance. In hindsight and "if" we can get this off the ground then I will be fiirst to say they deserve every share they got and well deserved and we dodged a bullet.

    Lets be a bit more discerning

    I want to give them the YES vote but.....................just need to tread carefully here
