WOW! This needs to be red flagged and the #asx needs to do something about it. . . .
The placement at 1.1 cents (first tranch - circa 158million shares) conducted on 5 Apr 2023 and allotted/quoted today on 14 April 2023.
Todays allotted shares have been preceded by a mineral lease Grant yesterday which WAS NOT PRICE SENSITIVE (somehow).
This mineral lease announcement has obviously been announced (and purposefully misleadingly reported as not price sensitive) to give the placement holders something to sell in to!
THIS IS THE MOST BLATANT ACT OF INSIDER TRADING I HAVE EVER SEEN!
