just got off the ph with Dr Coates and this is what he said. AVX can't sell atc BUT atc can be made available for patients who need it. It is requested by a doctor via Link Pharma. He also added it is cost neutral for the company ie they are not out of pocket.

So actually it's neither Red. Any patient/doctor who thinks atc will help can apply. SO this puts the drug out there in public domain with people using it and good word of mouth adds to the pressure to get it approved. Any safety data obtained can also be added to a database. He also said lots of other reasons for doing this. Overall it's another positive iron in the fire on the road to PhIII

He also indicated that Nexpharma and Link wouldn't be putting their names to something if they didn't think it worked.
Dr Coates also noted that china is publically on the hunt for coal mines purchases and the ability to actually show you have a working one is a plus. "More than one way to obtain funds "

I note the battle lines have formed between 0.013c and 0.015c . Happy to have picked up a few more a 0.014c.
