Strauss, the coal investment is to get funds to fund the PhIII trial for atc, which is NOT an aids vaccine but a potentially new (and very effective) drug for those patients suffering from aids who have become resistant to the mainstream drugs in use at this time.
If earlier results are confirmed there is a likelihood of atc becoming a very effective treatment for aids, as it appears to dramatically reduce the viral load in patients
