Hi everyone,
Do you know whether they own or lease their vineyards? On the website they say "We are one of Australia’s largest vineyard owners with over 2,700 hectares under vine". This implies they own the land. Right? They only value their freehold land in the annual report for $14.2m,plus they have another $9.5m for vines. This is very low for 2,700 hectares. Can anyone explain this low valuation?
