a board of 8 now--
That should really improve effectiveness and efficiencies.?
15 months ago the stock was AUD$0.80; four(4) Board members(I believe).
Raised a further $60m and 8 board members. Stock is now $0.25 in the old language;
If they review the skills matrix at board level I would suggest there are at least two that could and should go.
A sceptical investor may think these appointments lead to a suggestion of a corporate transaction in some form on the cards.
For the sake of all shareholders--they best get the next moves right-------
