I agree with redrocks comments on the orebody, the process plant and the power station.
The project is now on it's third life. There are now numerous people that have had first hand site experience of working on this project, on the ground in the trenches.
You can't change the orebody, you can't change physics, you can play with the chemistry. This remains regardless of where the money comes from.
