I read that fallover rate of circa 30% in the paper the other day by 'Research4' and Satterley has been spruiking doom consistently with some sort of motivation. Mirvac and Stockland quarterleys on Tuesday had 2% and 3% defaults respectively - not 25-30%? Anyone able to clarify the discrepancy?
