This deal definitely stinks - there is no way an offer should have been accepted at this price. Not sure what the directors are doing but they are not acting in the best interests of the shareholders here. I hope the final offer is significantly higher otherwise i certainly won't be supporting this. Another example of listed company been stolen from its shareholders.
