Baker Brother's is an elite firm. I have seen them step into small companies and turn lowly trading stocks into highly valued companies. Lots of firms and agents out there work on placement subscriptions for both public and private companies.
Seems to me like Avita had these terms and subscribers inline prior to the run up last week, which makes pricing more sensible. Really can't emphasize the importance of no warrants. This raise with warrants, probably would occur at 5.5 cents. Most of everyone getting screwed here stems from the Hunter Hall partner forcing a sale and creating a nasty chain reaction.
