I've worked on capital raises, that is not a favorable deal. They focused on the Australian market for the raise, which I do not understand at all. The only nice thing I can say about it is there are no warrants. Thank god for that, it will eliminate share swaps from occurring. Where you sell the new shares to ride the warrant out.
