I agree, cosmetic treatment clinic could be an opportunity but medically regulated market like US or Australia or EU not sure if they allow any cosmetic treatment clinic without doctor to use this device !

Regarding Vitiligo, I have a reservation on possibility of success. The reason I say this is because (i may be wrong so correct me) this treatment does require individual to continue taking UVA/UVB treatment after surgery so it is not complete cure like you do this surgery and you don't need to do anything.

I forgot the company name which had a cream (OPZELURA) approved by FDA to treat vitiligo and something like that could be more successful in vitiligo treatment then a surgery plus ongoing UVA/UVB treatment. there is segmental and nonsegmental vitiligo and cream is only approved for nonsegmental type of vitiligo but what I am trying to say that cream type of treatment will outperform surgery type of treatment.
