lots of differing opinions on sales outcomes, lots on competition and then the chart analysts. However there is one marker I refer to that gives you pretty damn well good indication of where this is going. The Australian ASX stipulates annual reports must indicate who the top holders are and a list of the top 20.Look at these and if they include notable worldwide investment structures then you know if you don’t get in you lose.Page 53 of AVH last annual report lists Blackrock 7.03% and Vanguard 5.47% holdings as the two biggest holders. In the top 20 list it shows Citicorp 1.56% J P Morgan 0.8% and HSBC 0.48%.
Who are Blackrock and Vanguard, they are the two biggest investment corps on the planet. Blackrock valued at 9 trillion and Vanguard 5 trillion. There they are holding 13.5% of this company. This is telling me to get in before they take more.
