I've been watching this share slide for a while and now the FDA approval and the company working on a reimbursement code to accelerate sales. I have personally traded PNV multiple times and feel these two companies belong together, PNV now really kicking goals on sales and have a great CEO but have sold out as i feel the market cap is too large for current sales.
Have a read of the investor presentation dated 22/05/2024 page 15/16 both wound bed and dermal replacement/scaffolds/skin substitutes section both actively exploring opportunities.......
David Williams the Chairman has always said Recell isn't a threat but work together with BTM and MTX PNV products, could this be the opportunity and PNV use the strong script to takeover AVH?
PNV are exploring acquisitions and with AVH trading down here on a 57% revenue projection for this year i have not taken a position.
GLAH and i eagerly await the quarterly update but more so the outlook language and scope.
