Good to have it ready and not need it. Cash is at the level CR was done last time, market could have pushed the price down, expecting a discounted share issue.
In the contrary earning from the new CEO don't seem out of place. It's the expenses from the last CEO that seemed have blown out max Sep 2020. But these costs were well worth the progress of the last few years.
