Texas has about 410 hospitals, over 350 of those are in the 5 major metropolitan areas. Typical of most states. Don't think they will need to worry about small hospitals for awhile. Besides most of their patients will be sent to trauma centers in larger cities anyway. GO is not a necessity for current business.
