Eight weeks into the first quarter JC was still giving revenue guidance of 14.8-15.6M. If no one at Avita knew at that point, with just five weeks left in Q1, that sales were lagging in a big way multiple people weren't doing their jobs. If the reason (excuse) was that hospitals were working out of inventory in expectation of go approval the sales reps had to be aware. The hospitals would have known it at the start of the quarter. There is simply no excuse for this.
