It wasn't that long ago that the company reported that jus 20% of the surgeons were responsible for over 50% sales and called them "superusers". What that indicates is 20% of the surgeons were using it indiscrimantly and inappropriately because of the financial incentice to do so while 80% of the surgeons were taking a more ethical approach and only using it when they were convinced it would provide a genuine benefit.
