with firing or voluntary leaving, it is hard to know what it was exactly - it is cheaper to “tap” someone on a shoulder and “help” them to leave. One thing certain they didn’t have to bring it up at the quarterly call, despite that they felt it was necessary to address. For me it indicates connection to poor q1 sales…
