I'm with the Weazel on this, except slightly less optimistic on approval.
I think the low SP is reflecting a loss of confidence in management due to twice reducing guidance (soon after guiding), therefore the market is now worried about GO approval and the fact that management have ramped up costs (staff and machines) prior to approval.
So:
- if no/delayed approval we drop big.
- if approved we up big.
Big = 20 - 30% in days
best chance of gaming this (without shorting) is Go approval on a market big down day, allowing me to top up at these prices.
I'm with the Weazel on this, except slightly less...
