So the question is how often they reorder to maintain minimal inventory, Yes, I agree with you there'd be a buffer, ie have 40 in stock, reorder 20 when stock 20. certainly this is not a daily restock order and more monthly time scales. I exaggerated the time "last year" for making the point.
Also are they going to maintain that minimal inventory heading into 30 th May, Then is it going to take time to clear the ease of use kits before starting the GO product. June usage will be the ease of use device.
