agreed there would be cases like this a kit here and there ordered with a time lag - but we aren’t talking about a small decline in sales aren’t we? comparing to the prior quarter sales dropped a whooping $3m. It is surprising to see that a single product company unable to:
- detect the change in a timely manner (before quarterly reporting), and
- properly explain to investors key drivers
its not like they’ve got a complex portfolio of products making it hard to explain overall dynamics
there’s definitely an opportunity for them to learn from mistakes and hopefully quickly improve on reporting and managing the pipeline.
