This thread has received over 20,000 views, yet the many excellent and valuable posts, mostly by @saltland, have received typically 5 or 6 "Upvotes", and even fewer "Great Analysis" feedback from all of these readers. That's around 0.025% of readers. Why would anybody make a big effort to post something significant with such poor feedback.

Shame on those who have gained some value from these posts but who have not provided any feedback. In future, if you gain some value from a post then please award an Upvote and more importantly a Great Analysis when you think their analysis was original and useful.

I believe this will ensure a much stronger and higher quality commentary on Avita, by encouraging investors to keep sharing their analytical work for the benefit of us all. Maybe this will get us to the level of coverage on Mesoblast, which has a much smaller market cap than Avita, but which has many posts getting 20 or more feedback awards (one recent post received 50 Upvotes and 33 GA's).
