RCF bought into AVL in March, so I imagine the takeover has been worked on for sometime.
Hopefully we will be told what this means for mining and refinery in the not to distant future.
The first $3 billion of the NRF is now up for grabs and the Chairman said he would like to see more down stream processing in the mining sector. How about applying for funds to upgrade the cons to 66% IO and ilmenite.
