No gents true they don’t float in from thin air... but they do employ EPCM contract construction people once finance is awarded. So once finance is agreed and EPCM is awarded them would be time to seek/ appoint a operating officer with process knowledge to oversee/ approve or disapprove the EPCM contractors design drawings from the basic flow sheet we have for the design of the plant and not prior.
The EPCM chosen construction people will have process engineering people whom will take the flow sheet to design along with the companies then appointed approval people. Until finance and award of EPCM this could be a money drain on funds.
