thats what we were saying earlier that the deal must be very close because they hired a coo so avl must be confident of the finance. also the new COO may be very good and available now so u make the role available now so he does not go elsewhere. can be hard to find good talent the cost of not employing him now may be higher than trying to find the right person in 4 weeks time when the jv deal is signed off.
