At the end of the day the government has basically gifted this company almost $50 million to guarantee a supply of vanadium.
Obviously hurdles to jump, but as far as paperwork for the plant, give me a break. I'm thinking it would actually be pretty hard to screw this up now and funding shouldn't be too big on an issue with that sort of commitment by a government!!
Let's see how AVL's management handle it all
