Yeah thinking along those lines, govt would've been privy to BFS numbers, BFS was reported as mostly complete last quarterly. The announcement of govt grant would lift a barrier to finance, the purveyors of whom will be permutating on the new reality, the level of investment deserves scrutiny so next week maybe too soon for BFS.
I've posted previously on the differing EPA procedures AVL and TMT have taken, it remains to be seen how/if govt statii and grants accelerate the EPA process and finance would be conditional on environmental approval.
