Same arguments were made for PLS to takeover AJM many a moon ago. Just as was the case back then, there is no reason to takeover TMT given the premium that would be required. AVL has more tonnage and at a higher grade. If the grade was higher perhaps it may make sense but the higher grade ore is often targeted first so even if there was a takeover or merger, the TMT resource wouldn't be mined for years.
