Consider these things.
7 ASX stocks are involved with Vanadium.
Only 1 of them received any Grant money.
The 1 that did receive grant money received $49 million. It was not spread over 2 or more to hedge the bet that 1 would fail to produce Vanadium.
The price action recently suggests that the information about this grant being awarded to AVL was kept very quiet. No leaks.
I doubt this is a pump and dump.
