    Am I reading that correctly initial offer was 12 for 1 at 2.7 cents which was 32.4cents of TMT value.

    New offer is at 14 to 1 (it doesn’t disclose the at what AVL price) and is now 30.8 cents of TMT value.

    So has AVL offer more shares but less value in the deal?
