    with many associated risks attached yes. But what do you think is going to happen to the AVL SP after the merge and all the TMT holders that don’t want to hold AVL sell out. I personally don’t think the combined MC will be justified by the combined entity. If it was a simple arbitrage then the SP delta wouldn’t exist!
