I would add that TMT SP has dropped since the TO ann - it is not too hard to argue that this could partly be due to the TO?
There is also the divergence of AVL and TMT SP's in the early months of 2023 that raise suspicion. If it weren't for all the cap raising AVL did this year, this divergence would be considerable. Have we seen upward manipulation of AVL and downward manipulation of TMT?
I am also astonished that the ann today was jointly issued by TMT and AVL. Showing the only support of majors, including RCF, who has a finger in each pie. Yet failing to mention anyone who is against the merger.
