Your imminent EPA approvals aren't worth a pinch of poop given the market isn't sustaining a new project for at least another 18 months anyways.
And they just announced serious reform of the EPA process that will hurry along AVL's approval based on yours anyways.
As to the viability of the respective resources....IDK enough to be certain one way or another. But I'm fairly certain Ian and the management team at TMT would. So why would they think the merger worth pursuing if they honestly thought AVL not feasible? The'd just let it play out and win.
I'd expect the TMT SP to crater if NO still gets up after this. Where the company goes after that, and where AVL goes is anybody's guess tbh, but he chances of success would be much smaller IMHO.
