and at 2.2c a share it is already 30% down on what it paid there.
How can you argue it makes no difference.
OK maths is NOT my strong point but still on around ~46m TMT shares those extra two account for almost 92 million more shares in AVL - which even at a price of 2.2c is worth $2 million.

This new offer is worth more to them just as it is to everyone else but the loss at TMT is much greater on dbd figures! … now more than 15c a share!
