At 14:1, theyll end up with 8.5 billion SOI, and almost certainly a large fraction of disgruntled ex-TMT holders looking to liquidate at the earliest possible opportunity. Im tipping a bloodbath with SP on the first day, if this take over goes through. This is the consequence of forcing holders to take script with no cash option. It could get real ugly.
