Do you deny that timelines have repeatedly not been met?
Do you deny that representations in respect of funding to DFS have not been met?
Do you deny that Vince sold a third of his holdings at, what was then, the 12 month low (or thereabouts)?
Do you regard these matters as trivial, or are they material to one's investment decisions?
None of this is rocket science.
