"Dilutionary death spiral". In my humble opinion, there's little chance of survival out of this without recapitalization which usually only benefits those who take part on the recapitalization capital raising. You'll know when this has happened because this will be when 'old believers' start bagging the company while many new holders see opportunity. This is not happening yet.
