2) NHCE-Cellcube partnership
3) Coates + Nowthanna hill sale to MGM (so AVL expenditure and management is focused on VSUN and the Australian Vanadium Project)
>with .75% smelter return roalty, 100k AUD, and 5,000,000 full payed MGM shares (contingent on successful IPO)
4) no more option arbitrage weighing on the SP
5) Mineral Resource Estimate update expected by Q1 2023
6) rising Vanadium prices
7) balkanisation of supply chains
> with 'Western' governments prioritising ESG and essentially cancelling Chinese + Russian (the top 2 producers of Vn) mineral sources
8) featuring in the 2022 Australian Critical Mineral Prospectus
>which targets to expedite projects through fostering international and institutional investment

I anticipate that the next two year will be very exciting!!
