Vincent needs some sort of special recognition for having achieved everything you could possibly achieve without actually building a mine. It's spectacular the boxes that are being ticked. Maybe after all this, we don't even need a mine? Suffice to say, by the time, or if the mine ever happens, it will be worth a celebration - and I know just the man to have prepared/planned and have all the necessary approvals in place for that party to take place. We're in safe hands.....
