Nobody likes dilution, but when you invest in junior companies they must have cash to progress their work, cash mean shares = dilution.
You can now buy on market at less that the placement price. If you top up you will NOT be diluted.
Sometimes 708 placements get done for a number of different reasons.
Also, I have done my DD on this company and I am impressed that AVL has been listed since 2007 with no consolidation.
My view is to look at the CR as a positive, for anyone reading this and are concerned by dilution they should buy bluechip shares not junior companies.
IMO.
